With over 15 years in the specialty coffee industry, Celeste Wong has honed her skills as a barista in some of the world's top cafés, earning recognition as one of London's top five baristas by the Financial Times. She has documented her experiences along the way on The Girl in the Café blog, the title coming from customers who would regularly stop her on the street, recognizing her as the person who made their morning coffee every day. Her journey has led her from New Zealand to Melbourne, and finally to London and Lisbon where she's made both cities her home. Having worked with the likes of Guinness, Baileys, Mazda, Bumble Business and Jamie Oliver, she's also hosted numerous London Coffee Festival Coffee Masters along with TV spots covering all things coffee and lifestyle on BBC's Saturday Kitchen and NBC's The Today Show.
