Political scientist and former law professor Carol Swain warned in 2023 that the Supreme Court's decision that year to end race-based college admissions spelled doom for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and affirmative action in the workplace. Über den Autor

Dr. Carol M. Swain, retired professor of political science and professor of law at Vanderbilt University, is an award-winning political scientist who has been cited three times by the U.S. Supreme Court. Swain has authored or edited thirteen books including the bestseller, Black Eye for America: How Critical Race Theory is Burning Down the House. Swain is a fellow at the Institute for Faith and Culture. She resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
