Have you ever felt invisible in a room you worked so hard to earn your place in?
Have you silenced yourself because of your accent, your culture, or the fear of being "too much" or "not enough"?

Living and working abroad is often romanticized - but for many international women, the reality is far more complex. Beneath the adventure lies a quieter struggle: being underestimated, overlooked, and slowly disconnected from your confidence, identity, and voice.

In Find Your Voice Abroad, global leadership coach Ina Saltanava speaks directly to women navigating careers across borders who are tired of shrinking to fit systems that were never designed for them. Drawing from two decades of lived international experience and coaching women across cultures, Ina names what so many feel - but rarely say out loud.

This is not a book about "fixing" yourself.

It's a guide to remembering who you already are.

Through real stories, reflective exercises, and the transformative A.B.R.O.A.D. framework, you'll learn how to:
Recognize your international experience as a leadership advantage
Rebuild confidence without over-adapting or burning out
Set boundaries and take visible, aligned action
Lead with clarity, presence, and authenticity - wherever you are in the world

Whether you are an expat professional, an international leader, or a woman working in multicultural environments, this book will help you stop proving your worth and start owning it.
You don't need to become someone else to succeed abroad.
You need to come home to yourself.
And when you do, your voice won't just return - it will lead.
