Prakriti a very basic and unique concept of Ayurved. prakriti is enumeration of body features internal as well as external. prakriti or body type can be determined by proportion of three dosha. ayurveda classified body types based on predominance of dosha. this predominance depends upon predominance of dosha is ovum and spermatozoon mean shukra and shonita.
