Über den Autor

Olivier Serrat ist Autor, Redner, Berater und Forscher auf dem Gebiet der Organisationsführung. Sein Interesse an der Effektivität von Organisationen wuchs während seiner Arbeit in den Bereichen Landwirtschaft, Umwelt und natürliche Ressourcen in Asien und im Pazifik, wo er sich in mehr als einem Dutzend Ländern für die Förderung von Wohlstand, Inklusivität, Widerstandsfähigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit einsetzte. Von 2008 bis 2012 leitete Olivier das Wissensmanagement bei der Asiatischen Entwicklungsbank. In Anbetracht der Volatilität, Ungewissheit, Komplexität und Mehrdeutigkeit der allgemeinen Bedingungen und Situationen im 21. Jahrhundert müssen wir seiner Meinung nach - jenseits der Beschäftigung mit Führungsstilen - lernen, auf neue Art und Weise zu führen. An der Schnittstelle von Komplexitätsführung, Metagovernance und Wissensmanagement (insbesondere Sensemaking) untersucht Olivier, wie man Organisationen der Zukunft führen kann.
