William ("Bill") Gallagher has been involved with antique and collectible toys for over 25 years. He is also the author of Japanese Toys -- Amusing Playthings From The Past and The Big Book of Tin Toy Cars (two volumes). A retired business executive, Bill and his wife reside in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
