Miguel Ángel Fernández has a higher degree in Piano and Musical Language from the Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga Conservatory of Music in Bilbao. Since 1990 he has been a teacher of Piano, Musical Language, Harmony, Accompaniment, Musical Analysis, Modern Keyboard and Musical Informatics in different Conservatories and Music Schools of the Basque Country, Castilla y León and Cantabria. Currently and since 2004 he is a teacher at the Carmelo Alonso Bernaola Municipal Music School in Medina de Pomar (Burgos). He has participated in more than a thousand performances as a musician and pianist.
