This will include a general introduction to nuts, a description of the book and an explanation regarding which nuts are included.

The Story of Nuts
This chapter will cover all nuts in history, literature, folklore and art. It will include historical uses for food and health.

Nuts for Health
This chapter will cover the health benefits of nuts and a warning about allergies. Specific sections on flavonoids, fibre, heart health, the healthy fat content in nuts, activating/supercharging of nuts, the use of nuts in special diets (use of nut milks, ground nuts and nut flour as substitutes in free-from recipes) and nuts for grazing or snacking. There will be sections on the individual benefits of specific nuts.
