Manfusa Shams, PhD, is Senior Fellow of higher education academy (UK), Consulting Editor of The Coaching Psychologist and editorial board member of International Coaching Psychology Review. She is a Registered Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and is currently working in the Open University and Reading University (UK).
