Quissindo ist Universitätsdozent in Huambo (Angola), Berater und Forscher in den Bereichen Geoverarbeitung und Erdbeobachtung zur Erforschung der natürlichen Ressourcen. Cameia ist Forstingenieurin und Umweltschützerin und arbeitet derzeit als Lehrerin im Bildungsministerium der Provinz Huambo.
