Max Miller is the creator and host of the popular YouTube series Tasting History with Max Miller and author of the New York Times bestselling Tasting History. When he isn't researching and cooking old recipes, Max is likely putting together Lego sets while watching British murder mysteries, playing board games with friends, or planning upcoming travels to discover new foods and stories. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his husband, José, and their three cats, Cersei, Milo, and Ollie.
