Über den Autor
Cengiz Tav¿an was born in Trabzon on 1967. He graduated from Architecture department of Karadeniz Technical University in 1989. He finished his master degree in 1993 and finished his Phd. Degree in 2000. In 2010 he became Assist. Prof. and in 2013 he became Associate Profesor. Still He is working for Karadeniz Technical University.
