Jenny Dearborn specializes in the people side of business strategy. She is an experienced executive leader in enterprise technology Sales and Human Resources, a Board Director, Advisor, and Investor. She has been Chief Learning Officer five times, a Chief Talent Officer twice, and a Chief People Officer three times at some of the most respected global technology firms. Currently, she is Chief People Officer at BTS Group-a global consulting firm with offices in 24 countries and customers in 60 countries-and the global leader of their Talent Insights Practice. Jenny's first book, Data Driven, was published by Wiley in 2015 and sold 13,688 copies. Her second book, coauthored with David Swanson, The Data-Driven Leader, was published by Wiley in 2017 and has sold 10,776 copies.
Kelly Rider is a talent and learning strategist who has spent much of her career connecting the dots between business needs and measurable outcomes. She began her instructional design career at StorageTek and moved into progressive leadership roles at ACS/Intellinex, Hewlettt-Packard Enterprise, SuccessFactors, SAP, and PTC. Kelly has worked in Jenny's leadership team for over 10 years and across 5 companies (HP, SuccessFactors, SAP, UiPath, and ProductBoard). Jenny and Kelly come from business consulting and business sales backgrounds, respectively, prior to becoming HR executives and have both made names for themselves in the industry for being data-first and business-savvy thought leaders.
