Too old to start over? Not even close.
The Phoenix Project is a practical career change playbook for women over 50 who are ready for meaningful, well-paid work and a future they choose for themselves.
Maybe you've been made redundant. Maybe you're tired of being overlooked, or you're starting again after a divorce or a hard few years. Or maybe you simply know there's more in you than your current job asks for.
Whatever brought you here, this book gives you a clear way forward.
Claire Moffat has worked as an investigative journalist, a digital publishing pioneer and a career coach for women. She combines practical exercises with real storytelling, so you get both the tools and the encouragement to change direction with confidence.
Inside, you'll learn how to:Work out what you want next, and build a plan to get there
Push back against ageism in job searches, interviews and the workplace
Rebuild your confidence after redundancy, divorce or a major setback
Use AI and new technology to work smarter, learn faster and stay relevant
Turn your skills and experience into income, whether through a new role, consulting or your own business
Build the resilience to keep going when reinvention gets hard
It is never too late to begin again, and you don't have to do it alone.
