Ian Leggett is MD and Senior Metocean Consultant for OceanExpert Ltd., an independent metocean consultancy. He was awarded the Energy Institute Award 2008 for Outstanding Individual Achievement for the development and implementation of the Shell METNET system and has had numerous papers published on a range of metocean topics.
