Rohit Bassi is the founder of People Quotient (PQ) a tech enabled organizational excellence firm that helps CEOs, Founders, Business Owners, and Leaders build, invest, and scale in their company's PQ. A global citizen who has lived in seven countries across both hemispheres, Rohit has a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and a lifelong passion for people. He believes people are every organization's most powerful asset-and that companies win when they consistently invest in their people systems. He believes that just as individuals have EQ and IQ, companies have PQ. The difference is that unlike individual traits that are innate, companies can invest and build their PQ to achieve consistent and sustainable growth. A private equity veteran, an engineer, and a Wharton MBA, Rohit began his career in McKinsey and Company's private equity practice before becoming both an operator and an investor.
