Effective traffic flow management has therefore become a critical component of sustainable urban mobility and accident prevention. This study addresses urban mobility and road safety in Petröani City through the analysis, modeling, and simulation of traffic flows. By evaluating current traffic conditions and identifying critical congestion and safety issues, the research applies simulation-based methods to assess alternative traffic management scenarios. The results support data-driven strategies aimed at optimizing urban mobility, reducing congestion, and improving overall road safety within the city.
